Manufacturing

Scenario: a company with 120 employees

Spot deviations in time

BEFORE

Output is recorded manually. A weekly summary arrives when it is already difficult to change the outcome.

AFTER

Planned and actual output are collected in one dashboard. Alert rules identify deviations and their owners.

Scenario: a company with 40 employees

Connect advertising to results

BEFORE

Scenario: a company with 25 employees

Take an enquiry to a decision

BEFORE

Leads get lost between channels. Managers qualify them differently, and the next contact is not scheduled.

AFTER

Consistent qualification and CRM rules. Reminders and agreed touchpoints keep the conversation moving.

Slott↗

KEEP UP WITH THE TIMES.

AI agent orchestration

We build connected AI agent teams for sales, marketing, finance and operations. Each department has its own specialists, subagents and reviewers. Department lead agents recheck their findings, while a company lead agent brings the whole picture together for the owner.

SLOTT / CONTROL SYSTEMArchitecture demonstration

Questions people ask
before starting.

What you get, how implementation works and what happens after launch.

01

What does the $2,000 diagnostic include?

Diagnostics for one agreed process: current and target workflow maps, bottlenecks, baseline metrics, priorities, an implementation plan and a cost estimate. Boundaries and data sources are agreed before work begins. Where data is missing, we document the gaps and a collection plan.

02

Do we pay for diagnostics when commissioning implementation?

When commissioning implementation directly, diagnostics for the agreed process are included. Multiple processes require an agreed scope, shared architecture and a separate package estimate. If diagnostics were purchased separately, subsequent implementation terms are set out in the proposal; an automatic credit or discount per process is not assumed.

03

How soon will we see the first report?

A typical module for a company with up to 50 people takes around 3–4 weeks when data is accessible and an owner is assigned. We confirm the timeline after diagnostics. Larger companies and multiple processes are delivered in stages.

04

What if we have no data?

First, we identify what exists and how it can be collected. We document gaps, establish records and show the metrics available. Missing data is never replaced with invented values.

05

Who is responsible for the result?

We are responsible for the system: integrations, calculation accuracy, agent performance, and support. You are responsible for decisions and their execution. Acceptance criteria are fixed before work starts — both sides know what counts as a result.

06

Can we start with just one module?

Yes. Each module includes its own dashboard, history, monitoring and recommendations. Related modules can form a bundle; shared analytics connects several processes.

07

What does the subscription include?

Ongoing support, keeping the system operational and future updates to purchased modules. We review their condition weekly and involve support when exceptions occur. Support scope is fixed in the contract: hours, call frequency, SLA — scaled to your company.

08

How is our company’s price calculated?

It depends on process scope, the number and condition of sources, integrations, data volumes and support requirements. Company size affects workload, but does not replace an assessment of actual complexity.

09

Can we review changes a year later?

Yes. The planned workspace retains history by week, month, quarter and year. Retention periods are agreed for each implementation. Competitor history begins when monitoring starts or from available archives.

010

What happens if AI makes a mistake?

Recommendations include sources and a status. Significant actions require approval under the process rules. Exceptions enter the log and support queue; causes and corrections are preserved.
